An individual workout program that is tailored to your specific goals. In order to achieve the best results possible, we will set expectations and discuss desired results, establish a consistent system to increase effectiveness and provide accountability.

This 6 week program includes:

  • Initial evaluation to determine your current level of fitness

  • Private weekly accountability check-in

  • Unlimited email communication for support and guidance

  • Access to private Facebook group

  • Daily workout circuits (emailed weekly)
